Elizabeth co-owns and leads The Jacquelyn steering the club’s back-of-house operations with precision and vision. She drives excellence across marketing, technology, internal operations, and member services, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the club’s commitment to quality. Her leadership has been instrumental in strengthening partnerships with local organizations and expanding the club’s cultural footprint across Sacramento. With experience building and leading high-performing teams at Stitch Fix and an entrepreneurial background creating businesses from the ground up, Elizabeth brings both operational rigor and a founder’s mindset to The Jacquelyn. A former figure skater and ballet dancer, Elizabeth’s love for music, fashion, and global travel fuels her creative spirit.

Mary Daffin

CO-OWNER

Mary co-owns and leads The Jacquelyn, serving as the soul and vision behind the club’s front-of-house operations. She orchestrates programming, experiential events, and member experiences with precision, ensuring every moment hits exactly the right note. She embodies the Gertrude Stein legacy at the heart of The Jacquelyn: bringing together people who might never cross paths elsewhere and fostering conversations that ripple outward long after they leave the building. With a career rooted in the fashion industry, she earned her stripes producing events for top American designers and has orchestrated celebrity gatherings in major cities —though her NDAs keep the details under wraps! After a lifetime of travels, she knows there’s no place like home —or The Jacquelyn. To recharge, Mary enjoys reading, traveling, working out, and sharing meals with loved ones, always ready to belt out a bold Happy Birthday to her friends.

Yusuf Topal

Cellar owner

Yusuf Topal, owner of the Cellar at The Jacquelyn, plays a key role in building and operating the space, ensuring exceptional service and collaborating with chefs to craft a Mediterranean-inspired menu. Born in Turkey and raised in Istanbul, he moved to the U.S. in 2009 after an eight-year career on a celebrity cruise line, working his way up in the restaurant industry to become a successful restaurateur. He now operates four restaurants, including Jayna Gyro and Tarla. Committed to giving back, Yusuf actively supports local schools, churches, and nonprofits like the Boys & Girls Club and the V Foundation.

Larrissa Liberko

Food & Beverage Director

Larrissa, our Director of Food and Beverage, brings 14 years of experience spanning live music venues to Michelin-starred restaurants. A former assistant sommelier and wine director, she is passionate about curating exceptional wine pairings and crafting unforgettable dining experiences. Raised in Carmichael, she grew up immersed in Sacramento’s Farm-to-Fork movement, shaping her dedication to fresh, locally sourced ingredients. With a background in fine dining at top Sacramento restaurants, she continuously elevates the guest experience. Beyond The Jacquelyn, Larrissa channels her creativity through videography and painting, capturing stories on film and exploring vibrant, abstract art.

Taylor Lovelace

Executive Chef

Taylor Lovelace brings her vast culinary experience to The Jacquelyn, focusing on elevating the dining experience with her farm-to-table approach. Originally from Sacramento and raised in Folsom, Taylor’s expertise spans from fine dining, including Sacramento’s renowned ‘The Kitchen,’ to her previous role as Executive Chef at JJ Pfister. She has a passion for sourcing seasonal ingredients and creating fresh, vibrant dishes that reflect the region’s rich food culture. Outside of the kitchen, Taylor nurtures her creativity through painting, writing, and living a life fueled by artistic expression.

Loli Ramos

IT Operations Manager

Loli leads the development and execution of The Jacquelyn’s IT strategy and serves as the acting Systems Administrator, ensuring seamless operation of all systems—from network management to communication infrastructure. She oversees both software and hardware, including POS systems and member management tools, collaborating with various departments to enhance the member experience and daily operations. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry and a professional background specializing in restaurant technologies and restaurant IT management, Loli feels her role at The Jacquelyn is truly kismet. Outside of work, she enjoys music festivals, traveling, painting, and reading.

Emily Terras

Experience Programming Manager

Emily, our Food and Beverage Programming Manager, blends over a decade of restaurant industry expertise with a passion for event production to create memorable experiences for The Jacquelyn’s members. With a background in writing and mixology, she has contributed to some of Midtown’s most iconic music events while honing her craft in high-volume bars. Originally from San Jose, Emily’s journey led her to Sacramento, where she thrived in the city’s vibrant hospitality scene. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, live music, literature, and hosting gatherings that bring people together.

Kerry O’Keefe

Marketing Director

Kerry leads The Jacquelyn’s marketing strategy, driving awareness, member acquisition, and the storytelling that brings the club’s vision to life. She shapes messaging across all touchpoints ensuring our marketing reflects the club’s authentic voice and commitment to building  community. With a background leading product marketing in fintech and finance, Kerry brings a data-driven, customer-first approach to building brand awareness and fostering member loyalty. She has a proven track record of launching high-impact campaigns that drive measurable growth and deepen customer engagement. When she’s not shaping The Jacquelyn’s story, you’ll find her exploring the outdoors, skiing, rock climbing, or teaching Pilates, always moving, always connecting, always curious.

Amanda McDade

Senior Graphic Designer

As The Jacquelyn’s Senior Graphic Designer, Amanda McDade leads the creative direction for the club’s visual identity, ensuring every design element aligns seamlessly with the brand. She serves as the lead visionary for The JAX Exchange, the club’s first member publication, bringing stories to life through thoughtful design and innovative concepts. With over 10 years of experience in brand development and design, she is passionate about crafting meaningful narratives through high-impact visuals. Beyond her role at The Jacquelyn, Amanda is a family photographer passionate about capturing life’s big moments. With a creative eye and a love for authentic connection, she helps families preserve memories they’ll cherish for a lifetime. When she’s not behind the camera, Amanda enjoys time with her family and friends and unwinding with evening paddle board rides on the water.

Julia McPherson

Communications Manager

Julia brings storytelling artistry and hospitality expertise to her role as Communications Manager at The Jacquelyn, where she leads JAX Exchange Magazine, manages member communications across all platforms, and develops engagement strategies. While studying Political Science and Journalism at Sac State, she discovered her passion for Sacramento’s farm-to-fork movement working at Mulvaney’s B&L, then deepened that passion through freelance food journalism. Julia joined The Jacquelyn to blend her love of exceptional service and passion for building community. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor adventures, exploring Sacramento’s dining scene, and getting lost in a good book.

Diana Cuevas

Events Lead

Diana Cuevas is dedicated to curating exceptional private and member events at The Jacquelyn, where her keen organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail create seamless, elegant experiences. A Sacramento native with a background in wedding and event management, she returned to her hometown after studying Hospitality with an emphasis on Events Management. Drawn to The Jacquelyn for its unique community, Diana’s passion shines through in every thoughtfully crafted gathering. When she’s not designing events, she enjoys antiquing, painting, and she often attends events as a guest to savor the magic firsthand.

Quinlin Fischer

Executive assistanT

Quinlin, the Executive Assistant at The Jacquelyn, ensures seamless daily operations by managing communication, coordination, and project support for the leadership team. Born and raised in Sacramento, she attended UCLA—earning a B.A. in Korean Studies with an East Asian minor—and brings seven years of customer service experience. Initially planning to move to Korea, Quinlin found her home at The Jacquelyn. Outside of work, she channels her creativity through baking, crafting, travel, and cherishing moments with friends and family.

Andrew Edwards

Communications Coordinator

Andrew helps steer communications strategies while supporting the marketing team’s messaging and outreach efforts. He most recently interned with the Sacramento River Cats and Athletics, contributing to a historic new era of professional baseball in the city’s sports scene. A journalism graduate from Sacramento State, Andrew has also freelanced for the USA Today Network across publications nationwide. His work, recognized by the Associated Press, emphasizes storytelling with high-level sourcing and relationship-building, skills he now brings to his role at The Jacquelyn. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys exploring the outdoors, following sports, reading, and diving into music and movies.
